Originally we were scheduled to visit the Ruifeng Night Markets, which is the largest night market in Kaohsiung. However, though, it was closed right on the day, so instead we headed for the adjacent Jinzuan Night Markets.

Stall in Jinzuan Night Markets

Each stall is like a little shop which specialises in one or two things, and there are bigger “restaurants” (those that give you stools to enjoy your food on) along the way. I bought lots of bubble tea in Taiwan, and here I got most of it. 🙂

I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

Night markets are damn fascinating in Taiwan, and the Jinzuan Night Markets are a good kickoff point. If you’re going to Taiwan soon, add a visit to a night market to your bucket list!
